Suman lives in the village Gol which fells under Bherunda Panchayat Samiti. Suman Kanwar is the member of Self-help Group through Rajeevika. Suman has many dreams and desires with an aim to achieve her dreams and participated in the 15 days training programme of handicraft and stitching organized by Ekal Jan Seva Sansthan funded by NABARD. This camp gave the practical knowledge of making and stitching of bag, wall hanging and she practiced regularly at home with the unused clothes.  She started making the bags and gave to the relatives as presents and the relatives appreciated so much and with this encouragement, she started making bags along with rajputi attire. EJSS employee connected Suman with the shopkeepers of Rajputi clothes and materials from Surat and she started getting material and prepared Rajputi dresses for selling which gave her more profit. Now Suman is earning 15000 to 16000 monthly. This training gave a hope to Suman to generate earning source for her family. Suman gives credit of her successful journey to Ekal Jan Seva Sanstha and NABARD. Today, she emerged as a successful entrepreneur but also she manages well her expenses effectively which shows the perspective of positive consequences and dedication.
